Alice Matter is a fairly recent discovery made by the Outpost.
The strange substance is a fairly large elementary particle found by breaking down other basic elementary components. Alice Matter can change reality itself but when properly contained won't pose much of a threat. Biological contact will disrupt the matter causing said changes.
This matter is currently being worked on by the Outpost. [Research]
An Alice-Matter cannon [Quantum Cannon] has been developed, and was used to end FM. But, wait, did that actually happen? I cant remember now.
Quantum relationships with the particle have been found, but more will have to be uncovered.
