This is where you will find the differences between dragon species/body styles.

Common (Core) body styles Edit

Dragon: 2 wings or more, 4 legs.

Drakes: No wings, 4 legs.

Wyvern: 2 legs, 2 or more wings, no arms.

Lindwyrm: 2 front legs (arms), no wings, serpentine-ish body.

Amphiptere: No legs, 2 or more wings.

Wyrm: No legs, no wings, serpentine body.

Ironhide Dragon: 4 legged, fat dragon with short wings. Prefers to walk & dig rather than fly, but they are able to fly.

Shriekwing: Dragons which do not get gigantic proportions. Unable to breath fire; their fangs are imbued with their respective color's element.

Example: Black - Dark.

Draco: Wyverns but they have arms.

Scorpiogon: Dragons with scorpion-like body shapes. Unable to spew fire, they spit globs of their element instead. Refer to shriekwing for the spitting globs part.

Hydraco/Hydragon: 2 or more long-necks with heads, now with wings.

Fabled Dragon: A species of dragons from the old age. Many of these are said to be living around the two universes, and in dimensions too.

Subvariants: Cobra: Frilled neck and two prominent roars, feather-scales on wings, bifurcated tail tip

Traditional: No membranes between horns, spiked tail with no vertical membranes, overlapping bony plates on neck

Stonerock: Short spikes on head and crest of neck, club-like tail, and overlapping bony plates on neck)

Dracolich: Single head, magical wings which show their flames' color, visible skeleton

Fat: Fat

Beastly Fat: Fat but now with more bulky and more horns

Sailfin: Huge wings, slightly bigger, vertical horns than beastly fat, huge sailfin on tail, long, horizontal spike on wing joint

Pillow: You read that right; it has smooth fur all around its body

Spike: Stonerock but now it has more spikes

Runewake: Prominent armored plate on nose, large triangular neck spines, tail is similar to traditional subvariant

Serpent: Protruding lower fangs and ear frills, smooth neck, frilled membranes on thinnest part of tail

Gecko Serpent: Frills underneath jaw, 3 rows of ridges on crest of neck, ridge on spine extends from hip to tail tip

Cockatrice (Wyvern Variant): A wyvern with a bird head. Most are able to petrify their victims.

Aviavern: Bird wyvern. Feathers instead of scales.

Pseuvern: Pseudo-wyvern, a 4-legged wyvern.

Undead Pseuvern: Skeletal pseudo-wyvern. They, however, are able to fly.

Phantom Wyvern/Phantasm Wyvern: Said to be raptor wyverns. They are very rare; as rare as mythical-tier tamables, and come from dimensions.

Hydrake: 2 or more long-necks with heads, wingless

Kirin: Horse-like, horned drake.

Raptor: 2 legged drake, wingless.

Paradrake: A drake with front arms used for grasping. Some have one tail, some have none.

Aquadrake: Drakes which spend most of their time near or in water. Crocodile-like body shape. No wings.

Stalwart Drake: Large, tough drakes with a mammoth-ish body shape. Closest resemblance to mammoths would be Stalwart Drakes with tusks.

Quetzalcoatl (Amphiptere): Feathered, winged wyrms. Do not tunnel through the ground/sand; prefer to fly/glide.

Sea Serpent: Fins. Wyrms that live in the seas.

Lindwyrm: 2-armed wyrms. Do not tunnel through the ground/sand.

Lung (Chinese) Dragon: Serpentine-ish 4 legged dragons. See chinese dragons.
